Returns & Complaints

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from 3D STAR. However, if you need to return a product or submit a warranty claim, you will find all the necessary information below.

Returns (Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement)

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to return unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return an Item

Contact us by e-mail at info@3dstar.cz and include your order number.
Complete the Withdrawal Form, available HERE or in your order confirmation e-mail.
Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during shipping.
Send the parcel to our return address (please do not send cash-on-delivery shipments).
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Important Information

• Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Complaints (Warranty Claims)

Although every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, if you receive a defective item, we will handle your warranty claim as quickly as possible.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact us by e-mail at info@3dstar.cz, describing the issue and attaching photographs of the defect.
After contacting us, send the defective product back to us.
Complete the Complaint Form, available HERE or in your e-mail.
After inspection, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the claim.

The Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by improper use (for example, exposure to temperatures above 60 °C or mechanical damage).
• Normal wear and tear of the material.
