Basic Provisions

The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") is:

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II.

Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed

The Controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained in connection with the fulfilment of your order.

The Controller processes your identification and contact details, as well as any personal data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • the performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller. When placing an order, personal data required for its successful processing (such as your name, address, and contact details) are collected. Providing this personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract. Without such data, the Controller cannot conclude or fulfil the contract.

The Controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

IV.

Data Retention Period

The Controller retains personal data:

  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims arising from that relationship (for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).

After the retention period expires, the Controller will permanently delete the personal data.

V.

Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of personal data include:

  • persons involved in the delivery of goods or services and the processing of payments under the contract;
  • providers of e-shop operation services (Shoptet) and other services related to the operation of the online store.

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the European Union) or to an international organisation.

VI.

Your Rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR;
  • rectify inaccurate personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR or request restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR;
  • request the erasure of your personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR;
  • object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR;
  • data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing or electronically using the address or e-mail specified in Section I of this Privacy Policy.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.

VII.

Personal Data Security

The Controller declares that all appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data.

The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure electronic data storage and paper-based records containing personal data.

The Controller further declares that personal data are accessible only to authorised persons.

VIII.

Final Provisions

By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and fully accept its terms.

By checking the relevant consent box in the online form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety.

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any updated version will be published on the Controller's website and, where appropriate, sent to the e-mail address you have provided.

 

This Privacy Policy becomes effective on 15 March 2025.
