Product Description
We have developed our own 3D-printed molds for manufacturing reinforced concrete fishing weights, designed for easy, precise and repeatable casting of reinforced concrete mixtures.

Recommended Mixture
The molds are designed for reinforced concrete with a target density of approximately 2700 kg/m³.
We recommend using standard bagged concrete (general-purpose, rapid-setting or high-strength concrete) mixed with steel filings. The finished mixture should have a density of approximately 2700 kg/m³.
Mold Testing
Our molds were tested using B30 bagged concrete with a maximum aggregate size of 4 mm.
⚠️ Important Notice
To ensure easy removal of the finished weight, the mold should be lightly coated with oil before every use.
We recommend using a commercial concrete release agent. For home use, ordinary cooking oil also works well.
